CFO and Co-Founder

Ericka has been part of the Nomads Roofing journey from day one, helping the company grow from a small local roofing team into a full-service construction and contracting business. As CFO, she’s the steady hand on the financial side, making sure resources and projects stay on track. But she’s just as focused on people: communicating clearly with clients, problem-solving with the team, and finding new ways to improve the Nomads experience.

What Ericka loves most about her work here is the collaborative spirit — every voice matters, every idea counts, and the team dynamic feels more like family than business. That sense of shared purpose has been key to Nomads’ growth and reputation.

Outside the office, Ericka keeps busy cheering on her kids at soccer, softball, and basketball, or catching up with her husband, siblings, and extended family on weekends. She’s also a passionate gardener (with about 50 plants to prove it), a constant podcast listener, and a serious coffee devotee — we’re talking ten cups a day, black.

Chief Operating Officer

Kody has been part of Nomads Roofing for many years, bringing leadership and steady guidance to the team. Before stepping into the roofing industry, he spent a decade serving as a Firefighter/EMT in Siloam Springs, AR, a career that honed his ability to stay calm under pressure and lead with purpose.

Those same skills now shape the way Kody approaches his work at Nomads, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel cared for. We’re honored to have him leading the company forward, always with a focus on serving people well.

Sales Director

Robert keeps things moving at Nomads Roofing by making sure projects run smoothly from first call to final handshake. He’s big on strategy, problem-solving, and keeping the team aligned so clients always get the kind of results that result in 5 stars on Google.  Hitting sales goals (and helping the company crush theirs) is just part of the fun for Robert — he’s proud of setting a standard that makes Nomads such a success. Outside the office, you’ll find him with his family, often chasing after his daughter… a different kind of project management. Rumor has it, he once graced the cover of GQ — proof that he can make just about anything look good, spreadsheets included. 

Head of Field Operations

Osmin runs all field operations at Nomads Roofing, making sure every residential or commercial project is handled with efficiency and top-notch quality. Before joining the team, he spent nine years as a professional welder, honing a strong work ethic and attention to detail that now carry over into his leadership at Nomads.

His ability to keep things moving smoothly, paired with his dedication to doing the job right, makes him an essential part of the team and a big reason clients can count on the Nomads standard of excellence.

Construction Consultant

Josh thrives on the variety of his role as Construction Consultant here at Nomads Roofing. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how he likes it. He loves being in the field, connecting with people, and bringing years of experience from other industries and sales to every job.   Once he's sure your project is on track, Josh is probably tinkering on trucks or taking them off-road in his weekend time. He’s proud of the ones he’s built from the ground up. Don't tell anyone, but got a snake at home too, because apparently one project at a time just isn’t enough. 

Executive Assistant

Candace is a friendly force that keeps things running smoothly at Nomads Roofing. She thrives in the positive work environment at Nomads, she is eager to learn and always pushing herself to do a little better than yesterday.  Between raising kids, holding down two jobs, and still showing up with a smile, Candace has mastered the art of juggling life’s chaos. Outside of work, her world revolves around her husband, kids, faith, and plenty of coffee.

Project Manager

Even though Zachary has been skydiving, these days he seeks his thrills come a lower altitude - watching rooftops transform. Here at Nomads, adaptability is a strength he brings to the team, which makes him right at home in a role where no two days are alike.

Before joining Nomads, Zachary was known for his leadership as a team captain on the baseball field & three straight all-conference seasons. Now he channels that focus into guiding projects and keeping things on track. When he’s not at work, you’ll usually catch him with friends or his dogs, enjoying the good stuff in life.

Sales

Bryson brings a sharp eye for detail to the Nomads team, backed by a biology degree from JBU. His ability to analyze every angle has makes him a huge asset when guiding clients through complex roofing decisions.

Here at Nomads Roofing, Bryson is known for breaking down the tricky stuff into clear, confident choices — a skill that makes life easier for both the team and the homeowners we serve.

Senior Field Supervisor / Sales

For Justin, roofing isn’t about shingles and nails — it’s about helping families feel safe under their own roof. His knowledge and experience, combined with a true commitment to doing things the right way, make the relief and gratitude of customers at the end of a project the most rewarding part of his work.

Outside of work, Justin is usually still outdoors hunting, fishing, or just taking in the quiet. He’s also proud of the time he’s invested in strengthening his faith a journey brings him both peace and perspective. And if you’re ever near a piano, don’t be surprised if Justin sits down and plays a tune — he’s full of surprises!

Lucas began his career as a financial advisor with Arvest Wealth Management, where he developed a talent for really listening to clients and guiding them through important and complex decisions. Now at Nomads, he brings that same skillset to the table, helping homeowners feel confident and informed as they navigate their roofing options.

His ability to pair clear communication with thoughtful advice makes him a trusted partner for both the team and the clients we serve. We’re thankful to have his insight and steady perspective.

Sales

Blake loves helping customers navigate the insurance claim process and making sure their homes are protected with a new roof. The views from up top aren’t bad either, though not be as breathtaking as running a marathon - which he has also checked off his list. Blake’s natural curiosity keeps him learning and adapting, becoming an expert so clients are always in good hands.

Around Nomads, Blake’s known for tackling big challenges with energy, like the time he and Josh inspected 40 houses in a single day.

Outside of work, he’s happiest staying active outdoors, whether that’s biking, climbing, hiking, or fishing.
